Advocacy Discussions on Leadership and Effective Communication

The first two Discourse & Discussion (D&D) sessions of the Babaylanes Equality Fellowship have been conducted last March 2022.

As part of their coursework, our Fellows have to learn eight different topics related to LGBTQI advocacy in a D&D format. Each D&D session is composed of a pre-recorded lecture and a synchronous session with notable LGBTQI advocates which we call BEF Mentors.

The first session was about Leadership and Advocacy with BEF Mentor Perci Cendaña and the second session was about Effective Advocacy Communication with BEF Mentor Gibby Gorres. The remaining sessions will be conducted in the next four months.
