This module gives directions on how to facilitate a two-phase workshop—one for employees and another for the management and HR. The module aims to:
- Provide basic understanding on SOGIESC concepts, well-being, discrimination, and inclusion
- Guide towards development and adoption of SOGIESC-responsive policies for the company
- Provide specific guidelines on gender- sensitive language and protocols for interacting with clients of diverse SOGIESC
